Creates extensive global network in standardized & accommodated testing and training administration solutions.


ROCKVILLE, MD, June 6, 2018:  Effective June 1, 2018, uExamS—a leading provider of administration support solutions for high-stakes examinations—acquired WOHL Communication Services, Inc. Terms were not disclosed.

Both companies provide standardized and accommodated test administration support for academic admissions, professional licensure & certification, skills assessment, as well as government & regulatory testing. The firms work with leading test development & delivery organizations, professional associations & licensing boards, K-12 schools & universities, as well as various government agencies to provide high-quality, equal-access testing environments with the strictest standards for exam content security and test taker data privacy.
